Sr. Marketing and Administration
a) Follow up with customers, vendors, and logistic companies’ drivers.
b) Respond to end-user queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
c) Identify end-user needs and help end-user use specific features.
d) Track online mobile application orders through computer web admin.
e) Coordinate with service providers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure that orders are completed successfully and on time.
f) Communicate any problems any reported bugs in Mobile app to the IT team to take necessary action.
g) Develop test plan to verify logic of new or modified applications.
h) Ensure that all documents of the service providers are updated including their service fees, and services provided.
i) Transfer the fees and government charges to the service providers and manage refunds to the customers in case of management approval.
j) Transfer the fees of the drivers and the receive any cash handed by drivers and hand it over at the end of the day to the financial manager on daily basis.
k) Create, place, and manage content posts for the mobile app and social media platform in all social media.
l) Search and attract Service providers and customers to be registered in App.
m) Provide advice and training to end-user on how to use mobile application.
n) Create Mobile application report.
- Hands on experience in content management
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and google analysis
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
