Responsible for all secretarial and administrative duties of the Board and management.

Whilst contributing to the operational excellence and efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned secretarial and administrative duties are carried on timely and efficient manner.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration and or
  • 2 year Diploma level in Business Administration/Secretarial Practices
  • 3 – 5 years of proven working experience in a similar capacity
  • Great skills using the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and communications skills in English and Arabic Language is a must.       

        **** Having an MBA in Business Administration would be a definite advantage
