ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance in rolling mill or heavy industry after completion of training.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and fitting equipment.
• Basic knowledge of Machine alignment techniques.
• Basic knowledge of bearing and bearing assembly.
• Basic knowledge of Gear Box , centrifugal pump , hydraulic and pneumatic system
• Basic knowledge of machining activity.
• Should be well conversant with safety initiatives.
• Should have basic knowledge of rigging activity and forklift driving skill will be added advantage .
• Should have basic knowledge of melting shop ,rotary equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and diagrams
• Use of precision measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of welding, cutting, riveting and machine shop works.
• Required very good spoken and written English.
